Irregular pigmentation of the face is one of the most common sign of photo-aging. Pigmentation causes because of uneven production of melanin which produce by melanocytes. Different gender has the different influence of facial pigmentation. The coarse skin texture of the male face from hair growth that can hide the freckle that doesn't appear on female face. The male skin is more resistant to UVA damage because of the from the beard hair. UVA radiation penetrate deeply within the skin but not as readily into thicker male skin as it does into thinner female skin. UVA damages it the primary cause of pigmentation.
